"I would give zero stars if I could. My parents and I have been clients of State Farm for years. We will all be switching agents now. I was in a collision that was very clearly not my fault and was given so little guidance and help from Sage Kohler’s office that I was left to be my own agent, calling the other companies myself and eventually filing my claim through State Farm and being charged my deductible. Again, I was not at fault. Months later, I’m still in this battle. Multiple people I have spoken to, both within State Farm and outside it, have agreed this situation should not have happened the way it did, but Sage Kohler remains staunch in her refusal to help me. Even a complaint with the Better Business Bureau has gotten me nowhere with her. I am a 25 year old woman with a Master’s degree and a professional career, and Sage speaks to me with zero respect and like I am a child, blatantly telling me that I “don’t understand” my policy. She has been increasingly disrespectful and unprofessional to me. Just look at the way she responds to negative reviews here to get an idea of what you can expect if you can choose to be her client. Please save yourself the trouble and at least choose a different agent if you want State Farm insurance. EDIT: The response to this claims I had received calls for two days. Incorrect. Only one day. Also, this is the first I’m hearing about the other company refusing to pay. Still no explanation as to why I was forced to be my own agent and file the way I did."

As we explained the very first day you called when the accident occurred, when the at-fault party refuses to take responsibility, it’s a challenging claim. State Farm paid to fully repair your car and is actively seeking reimbursement for your deductible and the several thousand dollars we paid…the other company is not forthcoming. I so wish we had been able to talk when I called multiple times these last two days."
